ISOSURE GLOBAL (PTY) LTD shall identify, analyze, and assess the potential risks and document any possibilities for conflict of interests arising from the provision of certification activities including any potential conflicts arising from its relationships with all customers at all times.

If any relationship creates a threat to impartiality, ISOSURE GLOBAL (PTY) LTD shall document these threats and send them to the Impartiality Committee to analyze these relationships preventing a conflict of interest and eliminating or minimizing these threats by acting and giving recommendations back to top management.

All potential sources of conflict of interests that are identified, whether they arise from within ISOSURE GLOBAL (PTY) LTD or from the activities of other persons including external auditors or contractors or organizations will be analyzed and recommendations from the Impartiality Committee will be addressed and actions are taken to prevent any form of conflict of interest.

“NOTE” A relationship that threatens the impartiality of ISOSURE GLOBAL (PTY) LTD can be based on ownership, governance, management, personnel, shared resources, finances, contracts, marketing, and payment of a sales commission or other inducement for the referral of new clients, etc.

When a relationship poses an unacceptable threat to impartiality (such as a wholly owned subsidiary of ISOSURE GLOBAL (PTY) LTD requesting certification from its parent), then certification shall not be provided.

Complaints Handling:

a. Acknowledge the complaint:

We acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing or via email within a defined timeframe.

b. Investigate the complaint:

We investigate the complaint promptly and thoroughly. We gather all the relevant information and evidence to understand the root cause of the issue.

c. Respond to the complaint:

We provide a written response to the complainant within a defined timeframe. The response includes an explanation of our findings and any corrective actions we will take.

d. Close the complaint:

We close the complaint once the complainant confirms that they are satisfied with our response or if we have taken all necessary corrective actions.

Appeals Handling:

If a customer is dissatisfied with the outcome of our certification decision, they have the right to appeal. Here is how we handle appeals:

a. Acknowledge the appeal:

We acknowledge receipt of the appeal in writing or via email within a defined timeframe.

b. Review the appeal:

We review the appeal and gather all the relevant information and evidence to understand the issue.

c. Appoint an impartial person:

We appoint an impartial person who was not involved in the original certification decision to review the appeal.

d. Provide a written response:

We provide a written response to the appellant within a defined timeframe. The response includes an explanation of the outcome of the appeal and any corrective actions we will take.

Close the appeal:

We close the appeal once the appellant confirms that they are satisfied with our response or if we have taken all necessary corrective actions.
